Art Friday

This Friday there is a special art class for Ms. Mahaney's class. Please wear clothes you wouldn't mind getting dirty. However, jeans are still not appropriate.
Thanks and hope this helps.

Girls Night Out this Thursday at Leslie Wierman's home

I know you are coming off a fun weekend of fun in the snow and hopefully some R & R.

You should have received our invite for this Thursday's Girl's Night Out with second grade moms at Leslie Wierman's home at 7 pm.  We have heard from 17 of you but want to hear from the rest of our cute fun crowd. Please respond so that we have a good idea who is coming. We don't need everyone to bring food, just yourself and whatever you prefer to sip on!

Please come as it will be great fun to see everyone before spring break!  Reply to the evite you should have received last night.

See you Thursday!

Fwd: Two Urban Licks Cocktail Reception: Celebrating The Future of Atlanta

Yall: This will be tons of fun if you can make it and for a great cause! See below.

Two Urban Licks Cocktail Reception:  Celebrating The Future of Atlanta

Dear Pace Parents

Pace Academy was the first school to participate in the innovative Ron Clark/Pace Academy partnership, where the lives of students from both schools were enriched as they were exposed to different cultures and teaching styles.

This year's 8th grade will be the first graduating class from Ron Clark Academy. As a result of our partnership with Ron Clark, we are hoping to attract some of these bright students who have traveled the world as a part of their curriculum. Although Ron Clark Academy educates students from all economic backgrounds, there will be some students that will be limited only by their financial situations.

As a parent of a Pace Academy student each of your children at some point will benefit from this partnership. As a middle school student your child will participate in the Ron Clark exchange program and as a high school student your child's academic experience will be enriched as they study with some of the brightest and most culturally diverse students in Atlanta.

As a Pace Academy parent, we would like for you to invest in not only these students but your child's future by supporting this event by attending the Two Urban Licks Red Carpet Cocktail Reception: Hollywood Comes to Atlanta, Feb 20, 2010, from 5 - 7 pm.

Please encourage your friends and family to come out and support this diversity effort.
